In 2008, the General Secretariat for Public – Private Partnerships (PPP) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance on the one hand, and a joint venture of ADO SA with Greek companies on the other, signed the contracts for:

 “Design, Finance, Construction, Maintenance and Operation of Dompoli Building at Ioannina City, Greece” by means of a PPP

The project included the rehabilitation and completion of existing building of 7.000m² containing 120 parking places in the basement, in order to be used as headquarters of the Regional Administration of Epirus.

“Design, Finance, Construction, Maintenance and Operation of Complex Building (Administration Park) at Alexandroupoli City, Greece” by means of a PPP

The project included the construction of a new building of 12.500m² with 180 parking places in the basement and the surface of the plot, in order to be used as headquarters of Evros Prefecture.

The Concessionaire was reimbursed with monthly payment fixed after negotiations based on his financial offer. Construction duration was 2 years and the overall duration of the PPP contract is 25 years.

ADO SA and its associates has been assigned a consultancy contract of € 150.000 for the technical preparation of the phases and stages for the materialization of the above mentioned projects.

Thus:

1. tender documents and announcement for the prequalification of the candidates
2. assistance to the selection of group of candidates
3. tender documents of main stage of the tendering (Phase B)
4. assistance for the selection of successful candidate.
